These terms apply to every use of the Klusjesradar website and mobile app. Klusjesradar provides a digital platform where users can post, find and respond to small jobs in and around the home.
Klusjesradar is not a party to agreements made between users. Users are responsible for checking identity, agreements, quality, reliability, payment arrangements and the suitability of the requested or offered work.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and using an account. An account is personal and may not be transferred or shared with third parties without written permission from Klusjesradar.
The platform may only be used for posting, finding and carrying out jobs that fit the purpose of Klusjesradar. Misleading, unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory or unrelated content may be refused, changed or removed.
Users are fully responsible for the content of their job posts, profiles, responses and messages. Information must be correct, complete and lawful, and may not infringe the rights of others.
Any agreement about price, planning, materials, access, safety, cancellation and payment is made directly between the users involved. Klusjesradar does not process job payments and does not guarantee the outcome of work arranged through the platform.
Posting a request as someone looking for help is free. Helpers can use paid functionality to respond to jobs and offer their services. The first month may be offered free as an introductory offer. After that, the subscription can be cancelled monthly unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Professional users may have access to separate paid options. Prices and available features may differ per subscription type and are shown during registration or in the app.
Klusjesradar may use verification, payment details, IP information and other technical or administrative checks to help protect the platform. These checks reduce risk but do not guarantee that every user or job is safe or suitable.
Klusjesradar may suspend, restrict or remove accounts, job posts or access if there are signs of fraud, misuse, illegal activity, non-payment, unsafe behaviour or violation of these terms.
Klusjesradar aims to keep the website and app available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures or security measures may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Klusjesradar is not liable for damage resulting from agreements between users, incorrect information supplied by users, failed payments between users, quality of work, loss of data, temporary unavailability or misuse of the platform.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Klusjesradar privacy policy. Users may not collect, process or use personal data from other users for advertising, recruitment or other unrelated purposes.
Texts, images, software, branding and other platform content may not be copied, modified or published without permission, unless the content belongs to the user and such use is necessary for normal platform operation.
Klusjesradar may update the website, app, features, subscriptions and these terms. If changes materially affect users, Klusjesradar will try to communicate this in a reasonable way.
